These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GlowPath Ltd. (the "Service"), an AI-assisted event skincare planning application. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and are contracting with GlowPath Ltd..

1. The Service

GlowPath Ltd. generates personalized skincare timelines, professional product suggestions, and connects you with local clinics ahead of an event. The Service provides general cosmetic guidance only and is not medical advice.

2. Acceptance & eligibility

By continuing to use the Service you accept these terms. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a clinic), that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• send spam or infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or breach security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

4. AI-generated content

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for general, educational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed dermatologist or medical professional.
• You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying any output before acting on it, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
• You must not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models.
• We may moderate, filter, or refuse outputs and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Rights-holders may contact us at support@glowpath.app to report infringement; repeated infringement may result in termination.

5. Intellectual property

GlowPath Ltd. retains ownership of the Service and all associated software, content, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

6. Payment & subscription terms

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. Billing questions can be sent to our support address. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Annual memberships run for a fixed 12-month term and end automatically on the anniversary of purchase without auto-renewal.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlowPath Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
